Orbit Commands Dialog

The owner and his friends can access some commands from orbit

The owner can tax the planet, make a payment on the planet's loan.

At the imperial base the orbit commands allow the candidate to access the funds in his bank account.

The friend of the owner of a planet can get or drop both troops and fighters. During combat a ship cannot enter the drydock or trading posts, the orbit commands will allow a friend help drop planetary defenses to thwart an attack.
