Navigation
There are multiple forms of navigation.
Normal Space
In normal space you are localized to a single star system. For the explanation we will use G50.1268 in rim space as an example. Inside this system there are multiple planets including a planet owned by TheGuardians

Free Flight
With Free flight you can navigate through space using right click while in Navigation
When at safe distance +80% (Impulse indicator turns green) press the hyperspace button After you enter hyper space you will see several systems (dots). (Unvisited=White, Surveyed=Blue, Owned=Pink, Others Base=Yellow) Left click a dot and send probe or navigate to it. After probed/visited, the systems data goes into the ship library – (Each Planets data, if owned etc.) Mouse over the dot to show the basic data.
